The People’s National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament) adopted Monday by majority the bill on the promotion of investment in a plenary session chaired by Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa, Speaker of the Assembly, in the presence of Minister of Industry and Mining Abdessalem Bouchouareb.
Among the 274 voices, the Party of Workers voted against the bill while the representatives of the Alliance of Green Algeria (AAV) and those of the Front of Socialist Forces (FFS) abstained from voting.
The People’s National Assembly adopted the 37 amendments proposed by the committee of economic, development, industry, trade and planning affairs of the Assembly.
Speaking at the end of the adoption, Bouchouareb said that this bill “is an important step as part of the reforms launched by his department in the last two years,” buy accutane online ireland underlining that the ministry has started preparing implementation texts relating to this bill to promulgate them before the end of the year after the adoption by the parliament’s second chamber.
He said that he two bills will be proposed soon to the Parliament, relating to the promotion of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and standardization, respectively.
The adopted bill is part of the new generation of economic reforms under the policy of diversification of the economy adopted by the government.
