Telecommunication company, Vodafone Ghana has launched its new product, the Vodafone Black for its executive clients.
Speaking at the launch in Accra, the CEO of Vodafone Ghana, Yolanda Cuba explained that the product is designed to give maximum comfort to “high clients” of Vodafone.
“Over the years, I have come to realize how critical it is for companies such as ours, to understand how to attract and retain high-value customers such as you. The tendency, most often than not, is to assume that by simply working on our products and services, everything will fall into place. That assumption is far from the truth. It requires a deeper appreciation of how each targeted segment thinks and operates, if an enhanced experience that attracts and retains is to be offered,” she said.
“Yes of course, it is about that type of pricing that reflects great quality and value; so is it about the pre and post-acquisition services that comes with the product. It is indeed about the entire experience that the customer has on a day-to-day basis, whilst engaging with the product – experience that goes beyond the products attributes and promise,” she added.
