Kantanka Manufacturing Company
In January 2015, Ghanaian car manufacturer, Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo, announced that his outfit had completed the necessary procedures to allow the commercial sale of the Kantanka cars after years in operation.
Dr. Safo has been involved in the assembling of vehicles in Ghana for some years now in a bid to help improve Ghana’s automobile industry to allow competition on the international scene.
Dr. Safo who heads the Apostle Safo Suaye Technology Research Centre (ASSTRC), has stated in many instances that the aim of the company is to supply the domestic needs before heading for the international scene.
The aim of the company is to produce about 500 cars annually.
