CFAO opens ultra-modern Mercedes Benz showroom

As a strategic plan to move the sale and distribution of one of the luxurious automobiles in the world to a new level, CFAO has officially opened a new Mercedes Benz showroom at the Airport Bypass road.

The refurbished showroom has a comfortable lounge area with WiFi and phone charging ports, a coffee station, and a merchandise store. The store has various branded Mercedes-Benz merchandise, including keyrings, F1 caps, bags, F1 race car models, polo shirts, and pens. The vehicle area displayed the following models: Mercedes-Benz GLC 200, GLA 200 and the GLE 450

The Mercedes-Benz GLA 200 is a compact luxury SUV with a sleek design and athletic proportions, which features a 1.3-litre four-cylinder engine that delivers 163 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. In addition, the GLA 200 comes with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The Mercedes-Benz GLC 200 is a midsize luxury SUV that offers comfort, performance, and technology. It features a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that delivers 197 horsepower and 206 lb-ft of torque. In addition, the GLC 200 comes with a nine-speed automatic transmission.

The Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 is a large luxury SUV that combines elegance, power, and advanced technology. It features a 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine with EQ Boost that delivers 362 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. In addition, the GLE 450 comes with a nine-speed automatic transmission and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5.5 seconds. The SUV also features advanced safety and driver-assistance features, including active steering assist, brake assist, and attention assist.

In a media interaction on the sidelines of the official opening of the Mercedes Benz Showroom, the General Manger in charge of Sales and Marketing at CFAO, Sebastien Duchateau assured of an outstanding customer service for patrons.

“What we want is to create a new experience for our Ghanaian customers and this is why we decided to establish a showroom that is in line with all the standard Mercedes Benz has across the world,” he said.
“It is definitely a milestone for CFAO Ghana to start distributing Mercedes Benz. Off course it a world renowned brand and it key for us that our customers experience this top level quality,” he added.

“ In terms of after sales, for us at CFAO after sales is of key prominence because this is where we equally put focus and for Mercedes Benz it will be the same as we are now the sole dealer, we are the only one with the diagnostic tool and so if you want you Mercedes to repaired according the manufacture’s guidelines this is the only place to come,” he assured.

his part, the Managing Director and country delegate, Mr. Adedamola Adelabu, expressed his excitement about the future and future opportunities. He emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and providing a world-class experience for all customers.

“The showroom is now even more modern as we’ve made several improvements to ensure our customers have the best possible experience, synonymous with Mercedes-Benz when they visit us,” he said.
“We are excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead. We are confident that this refurbished showroom will help us continue delivering outstanding customer service,” he added.

The National Service Manager for CFAO Ghana Plc, Dr Adam Tettey Larbie, also advised Mercedes-Benz owners not to gamble with the servicing of their vehicles, as Mercedes-Benz uses very advanced technology in their cars that require specialized knowledge and equipment to maintain properly.
