Users of Toyota vehicles in the country would now enjoy superior after-sales services as Toyota Ghana Company Limited has opened its ultra-modern head office along the Tema Motorway on Tuesday 16th July,2019.
The new facility which will serve as a new branch of the company, will amongst others, offer services including sale of vehicles, spare parts, vehicle repair, and maintenance as well as other auxiliary services.
The latest announcement by Toyota is to solidify its twenty-one years of existence in Ghana.
The car manufacturing company has also continued to be a major industry player in the automobile industry in Ghana.
The Managing Director for Toyota Ghana, Takuya Kajiura said the opening of the Company’s new head office demonstrates the commitment to the “customer first” philosophy of the company.
“The long-term vision of TGCL is to offer customers the maximum experience in customer satisfaction. To achieve this vision, we have decided to invest in infrastructure for network expansion”.
In fulfillment of our vision, we have taken a strategic decision to further expand our operations to the very doorstep of our customers,” he said.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Trade and Industry, Alan Kyerematen commended Toyota Ghana for its considerations for eco-friendliness and assured that the government will work closely with the company to expand its operations to other regions of the country.
“I would like to commend the entire management and staff for their dedication and commitment for the excellent standards and good service delivery it has set in Ghana”.
“Government will continue to support the automobile industry. It is my expectation that the inclusion of this new branch to the existing ones will result in increased efficiency which will also impact positively on the company’s finances thereby creating more job opportunities for potential graduates from our institutions”.
Meanwhile, the Executive Director of the company, Jiro Itai, said the structure could best be described as a citadel of automobile innovation with all the sophisticated technologies that were considered in the design and construction of the building.
The new facility has among other things a 40-bay workshop with state of the art service equipment, offices, a premium showroom, spare parts dealership, a 60 seater service reception.
