Tigo Ghana has opened a new Customer Experience Centre in Abeka Lapaz, as part of the company’s ongoing nationwide retail expansion.
The Centre will not only cater to the needs of customers within the primary catchment area of Abeka Lapaz, but also those from Achimota, Abelemkpe and surrounding areas.
According to the Head of Customer Operations for Tigo, Stephen Essien, “We know accessibility and one-on-one engagement is very important to customer and user experience and that is why we are opening more stores with dedicated areas where customers can sample some of the latest devices before making a purchase.”
“We are a digital lifestyle brand and a lot of thought and effort has gone into how we can improve the shopping experience for customers. We will continue to deliver world-class communications solutions,” he added.
