Week two of Citi Business Festival commences

Week two of Citi FM’s Citi Business Festival continues this week, June 8th- June 12th, with the on-air program the Management Development Month Series (MDM).

On Monday June 8th 2015 the Management Development Month Series will feature Cecelia Dei Annan whose presentation will focus on identifying and attracting talent.

Day two, that is Tuesday June 9th,2015 will feature Mrs. Clara Amo-Mensah whose presentation will be on retaining talent in today’s complex market.

Day three of this week’s MDM will be with Dr Esi Ansah whose presentation will focus on building a winning organizational culture.

But this week on Thursday the Citi Business Festival will take a special form with the introduction of the Foot Print which is one of the programs being rolled out during the Citi Business Festival.

The Foot Print is a platform designed to engage the tertiary student community as they prepare for the corporate world.

Selected industry chiefs will be part of a team that will provide industry insights to students in an interactive fashion, providing students with current trends and dynamics in the various sectors.

Thursday’s ‘foot print’ will focus on the banking sector and will be held at the University of Ghana.

Speakers will include UT bank’s Pearl Esua- Mensah, and others from Cal bank and Union Savings and Loans.

This week’s Citi business festival will be climaxed with the Think Forum and corporate night out on Friday.

The Think Forum will feature Ace Annan Ankomah whose presentation will focus on negotiation skills for business leaders at 6: 30 on Friday night at the Alisa hotel.

Friday will end with the Corporate Night out which is a two-hour networking event which features live band music and targets members of the Ghana’s business community.

The Corporate Night out will take place at Alisa Hotel Table Bay Jazz Bar.
