The final outdoor event of this year’s Citi Business Festival, dubbed “The Sales Revolution” comes off today at the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra.
The event which will be held under the theme “Pump Up Your Sales Success” will assemble resource persons – Mawuli Ocloo, CEO of Salesmark Services, as well as Caleb Ayiku , Managing Partner of Breakthrough Consult.
Some topics that will be addressed include; ‘Unleash your Sales Potential’, ‘Knowledge required for Sales’, ‘Developing Winning Attitudes for Selling’, and ‘Attitudes for Sales Employees’.
The rest are ‘Smash Your Sales Targets’, ‘Selling Skills’, ‘Selling for Service Industries’, and ‘Sales Process’.
Participants of this year’s event will be trained to attain high level of trust, respect, and differentiation from competition, to ensure that clients’ requests and activity deliver meaningful results.
More intriguing, the training will clarify processes that must be engaged to reach the highest level of customer relationships to become indispensable partnering clients.
In addition, the training will focus on equipping the participant to earn the access and rewards reserved for the most successful sales people and privileged professional services providers.
