#CitiBizFestival  on-air series commences today

The On-Air series of this year’s Citi Business Festival commences this morning on the Citi Breakfast Show.

Experienced professionals in customer service, sales, marketing and branding will join Host, Bernard Avle from 9:15 am to discuss effective strategies to maximize your organization’s performance.

Ahead of his presentation this morning, the immediate past head of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Ghana Business School, and author of the book, “customer service essentials,” Professor Hinson advises on perseverance as a customer relationship strategy,

“Any company that wants to build a solid customer service posture shouldn’t expect results by July 2016 it is not going to happen. It’s a long arduous road, culture changes slowly,” he stated.

Professor Hinson’s topic, “Customer Service Essentials”, will help you to understand how you could treat your customers while you stay above your competitors in industry.

Sales and marketing professional, Dr. Andrews Akolaa, will come your way tomorrow with his presentation on Marketing for maximum results.

Join Professor Hinson again on Wednesday as he discusses Brand Building.

The first week of the on-air series will be crowned on Thursday with a presentation on how to build customer loyalty.

This will be delivered by Marketing Consultant, Maxwell Dodd.
