Appolonia City to build Business Park [photos]

As part of moves aimed at building a multi complex city on the outskirt of Accra, urban developer and owners of Appolonia City, Rendeavour, has launched the Appolonia Business Park.

IMG_20160823_105632 The park, which will cover a land area of 70 acres, is designed to accommodate a range of uses including manufacturing, processing, storage, logistics and service companies.
IMG_20160823_105238 Speaking to Citi Business News in an interview, the Founder and CEO of  Rendeavour, Stephen Jennings stated that the facility will be affordable due to the level of investment which is aimed at long term returns.

“The size of the project will provide economies of scale. It will make it affordable through sharing the cost over a long period of time,” he said.
