As part of efforts aimed at deepening relationships with its customers, Tigo has launched the “Wo Suro aa Wondi” promo to reward its customers with airtime and cash prices.
The promo which is scheduled to last for 90 days will be a ‘scratch and win’ promotion with instant gifts.
Speaking to Citi Business News, the Director of Mobile at Tigo Tara Squire stated that the promo also captures Ghana’s history by engaging the pictures of Ghana’s Big Six during the struggle for independence.
“The rewards are in two folds, we have two silver panels at the back of every recharge card. The usual recharge pin code and another one which reveals either an instant gift or the image of one of the ‘Big Six’ in Ghana’s political history,” he said.
He stated that customers have to collect all six images to win bingo prizes of GHS 100,000.
He explained that customers can redeem the instant gift from any Tigo shop.
Mr. Squire assured that the process is transparent and does not require any registration.
“What customers see on the recharge cards is what they will get. We are giving away instant prizes ranging from selfie sticks, umbrellas, airtime and cash rewards.”
He stated that Tigo will continue to develop innovative campaigns and promotions to give customers value for money.
