Christina Tuemmers, Health Division manager explained “In Ghana, it is common to have to travel considerable distance or sacrifice hours waiting in a clinic before seeing a doctor. This and the cost of consultations often prevents people from seeking medical help. BIMA Doctor saves customers money on transportation, consultation and lost income for the day as it provides immediate medical advice before health condition worsens. In addition, customers can maintain a complete peace of mind knowing that they have a doctor on call,” the statement said.
