The on air series of the Citi Business Festival continues today with a focus on the Start-Up EcoSystem in Ghana.
The discussions will touch on skills needed to be an entrepreneur and how to effectively use technology to grow businesses.
The on air series will start at 9:30 am on the Citi Breakfast Show with the CEO of AgroCenta LLC Francis Obirikorang.
The discussion will be on the topic “Starting Your Own Business”.
Meanwhile, the Start-Up Ecosystem Week will be crowned with an outdoor event as part of the Citi Business Festival.
The event known as This is Ghana Exhibition will be held on Saturday, 29th June, 2019.
This outdoor event will celebrate and showcase the works of excellent entrepreneurs in the Ghanaian SME ecosystem.
The one day fair will feature high quality products and services from over 100 entrepreneurs in agribusiness, technology, manufacturing, health, and Fintech space.
Sales Revolution starts on Thursday
Also, the first training programme as part of the Citi Business Festival, the Sales Revolution will come off this week on the 13th and 14th of June.
The event will be held at the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel at 8:30am each day.
The facilitators for the training programme include Maxwell Dodd, CEO of Econet Media and Mawuli Ocloo, Managing Consultant at Salesmark Services Ltd.
Topics that will be treated include “Digital and Social Selling”, “Handling Objections and Closing the Sale”, as well as “How to Influence Buyers to Make Positive Decisions that Increase Your Sales” and “Prospecting for Sales or New Business in a Competitive Environment”.
The training programme costs 700 cedis.
