In a bid to bridge the gap, the company has moved a step further to transform the liaison office into an elegant showroom where customers in the northern sector can visit and purchase their choice of preferred Toyota models.

Speaking at the branch opening ceremony, the Managing Director of Toyota Ghana Company limited, Takuya Kajiura said the establishment of the showroom will ensure customers are provided with excellent automobile consultancy services.

“We have continuously embarked on infrastructure projects over the past twenty years. This structure to be commissioned today will be our eighth of its location sites in the country. Customers are assured of professional attention and excellent automobile call center systems during their visit,” he said.

The manager for Toyota Ghana, Kumasi operations, Cosmos Domfeh, tells customers what they should expect at the Tamale branch.

“Also, this facility as you see here, is the two airs facility. When we say two airs facility, it means, we will be selling vehicle as well as spare parts. So, if you want to pick your quality vehicles, you have to come here and pick it up. For quality Toyota genuine spare parts, this is the place for you as well,” he said.

The Northern Regional Minister, Salifu Saeed who was there to commission the showroom commended Toyota Ghana for the initiative.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, the company also donated, two oxygen concentrators, two suction machines and five digital thermometer guns to the Tamale west hospital.
