The management of PassionAir has stated that it has operated a demonstration flight to Ho, the Volta Region capital and connected to Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
The demonstration flight was to ascertain the technical performance of their aircraft operation into Ho airport.
It was to also collect the necessary data for their planned operations on the route, as well as connectivity between Ho and Kumasi.
A statement issued by Passion Air, noted that, It is their goal and commitment to seamlessly connect destinations within Ghana with the ultimate aim of boosting the domestic travel market in the country.
“We wish to thank the Regulator, Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and their inspectors on board the flight, the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) and the personnel at the Ho airport for the warm reception we received on arrival,” he said.
PassionAir operates daily flights to and from Accra, Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi. The company also offer charter and courier services.
