Aviance Ghana Ltd unveils new Adinkra Lounge at Kotoka International Airport

As part of efforts towards improving its service delivery, Aviance Ghana Ltd has introduced the all-new Adinkra Lounge at the Kotoka International Airport.

The Aviance Ghana Adinkra Lounge will address the in-balance and for the first time, provide First, Business and Executive passengers with a truly international experience.

In an interview with Citi Business News, Managing Director of Aviance Ghana, Mark Kamis indicated that, “the opening is timely as airlines compete aggressively to secure premier high yield passenger traffic.”

He noted that the new Adinkra lounge comes with a new logo, to reflect Aviance Ghana’s mission to provide topnotch service to travellers.

It is made up of an ‘Adinkrahene’, which means “King of the Adinkra symbols.” It is a symbol for authority, leadership, and charisma.

He also noted that the unveiling of the logo comes with other additions.

“The new additions to the Adinkra lounge include a new uniform for staff, as well as a new food menu catered by Atlantic Catering & Logistics, and a new bar with premium drinks from Pernod Ricard at the Terminal 3 lounge. There is also a new VIP lounge with an exciting view and massage chairs for premium clients,” he said.

These new additions aim to provide passengers with a truly international experience, which include a sophisticated space in which to relax, watch television or catch up on business. The lounge continues provide WIFI Internet connection, newspapers and magazines and other services in the tranquility of the exclusive lounge.

The Adinkra lounge serves clients Including Ethiopia Airways, Emirates, TAP Portugal, EgyptAir, Asky, Africa World Airlines, Qatar Airways, United Airlines and British Airways. Other users include Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Satguru Travels and Diners Club International.
