Citi Business News has gathered that the Chief Justice has been petitioned over the delay in disposing of cases involving Celltel, now operating as Expresso and Kludjeson International.

It is not clear who petitioned the office of the Chief Justice but Justice I. O. Tanko Amadu whose is hearing most of the cases has warned lawyers in the case that he would not accept delays of the cases again.
Meanwhile Justice I. O. Tanko Amadu today rescheduled one of the cases involving Celltel, and Kludjeson International to next week Wednesday March, 18, 2015.
The case was rescheduled after witness for Kludjeson International through his lawyers informed the court that he was not medically fit to make it to court today.
