No new notes are being issued-BoG

The Bank of Ghana (BoG) has dismissed reports that it has begun issuing new denominations.

It follows reports that the BoG has begun issuing denominations of 100 and 200 cedis.

But the central bank, reacting to the reports said it has no plans of doing so and the reports are false.
