(Photos) Shop & Save Supermarket opens Adenta branch

Retail supermarket, Shop and Save, has opened a new branch at Adenta in Accra.

The shop which is the biggest of all its three shops is aimed at providing customers with traditional and contemporary food stuffs.

The supermarket houses mainly consumable products including beverages, fruits, assorted meat, provisions, perishable goods.

Chief Executive Officer of Shop and Save supermarket, Mike Chambers, said the main aim of the company is to make the supermarket a one stop shop.

‘Our chief purpose is to come into the neighbourhood of Madina, Adenta, Ashalley Botwe to serve the community and be involved with the community activities. This shop has employed about 50 people, and we recruited mainly from the area so they don’t have to travel from far to work. We will be creating and building more shops as we go ahead, probably in the next three to four years’, he said.

Shop and Save has two other branches on the Spintex Road and Takoradi.

The Adenta branch is the third and largest.
